Since 2001, Chambers of commerce of Normandy and the Normandy Region provides human, financial and technical ressources for the development Normandie Qualité Tourisme.

Establishments sign up voluntarily for this scheme so as to make best use of their facilities and to be identified by customers. If offers an external view to measure their performance thanks to the « quality » audit and « responsible tourism » diagnosis.

The certified establishments enjoy support, advices and tools, especially designed and dedicated to their industry. It enables to optimize the services, to strengthen employees loyalty and improve their environmental and social performance.
