Labelling steps

Candidates must satisfy the legal obligations of their industry, especially in terms of hygiene, safety and accessibility for the disabled.

Throughout the process, they are accompanied by quality and environmental specialists from the Chamber of Commerce.

Establishments are awarded once they have received an 85% score after an external and incognito inspection carried out by an independent company (which has to be renewed every five years).

Establishments are checked on a permanent basis through customer satisfaction surveys available on this website.
